Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders for Alpha Drive placed through https://forceaeyouth.com/ and operated by Pinehurst Creek Journal Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer purchasing goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days of the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. This right applies without giving any reason, under the:

• UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
• EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (applicable where relevant)

2. How to Cancel and Return

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by:

We will acknowledge your cancellation by email promptly.

3. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
• You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods unless they are faulty or misdescribed.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or where the hygiene seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of either:

• receiving the returned goods, or
• receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back (e.g. proof of postage) - whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will refund the full price of the product, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable. We may deduct an amount from the refund if you have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@forceaeyouth.com with your order reference and a description of the issue (photographs are helpful). We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Products that have been opened, used, or where the hygiene seal has been broken (unless faulty).
• Orders cancelled after 14 calendar days from receipt without a fault or misdescription basis.
